Frames from the cutting room

Not every frame makes the cut. Most don't.

The frames here are the ones that lived for a moment and then left — a gesture that was right but too early, a light that was beautiful but wrong for the scene. They aren't failures. They're the conversation the film had with itself before it knew what it wanted to be.

I keep them because they remind me that the cut isn't where you remove the bad work. It's where you find the work the thing was actually about.
