What the video is, who it is for and roughly when. A few lines is plenty.

I reply with questions and a plan
I read everything that comes in and write back myself, with what I would need to know and how I would approach it.

We put it on the calendar
Once the plan fits, we lock the dates, the crew and the deliverables, then I get to work.
I shoot and edit most projects myself and bring in extra crew when a project needs it.
